A summary report will be expected from each award recipient by the application date of the following year. 

Please use this form for your report; additional materials may be attached. Please send reports to oue@fas.harvard.edu.  

Award Extensions and Renewals

Awards may be extended (should funds remain) or renewed (with additional funding) upon a demonstration of substantial progress.  Recipients should include information on their report (additional pages may be attached as necessary) regarding any extended use of PIFIE funds. Should additional work not be required, we will work with your financial administrator to return any remaining funds.
